The
Programme Manager - Scheduling
plays a critical leadership role in ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale railway projects. You will lead the development and management of integrated project schedules, supporting complex rail systems including civil works and multi-disciplinary interfaces.

You will:
Lead the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of integrated project schedules across major rail infrastructure programmes
Plan and detail all activities required for the implementation of rail systems for high-speed rail projects
Develop and maintain fully integrated master schedules, ensuring alignment across all rail system scopes and sub-schedules
Lead and manage an international, intercultural scheduling team to deliver detailed rolling programmes and progress reporting
Ensure all schedules are fully resource-loaded and cost-loaded using Primavera P6
Coordinate schedule inputs across disciplines, identifying conflicts, deviations, and interface risks
Monitor progress against milestones and target dates, driving accountability across all technical workstreams
Prepare comprehensive monthly reports including S-curves, critical path analysis, variance analysis, and milestone tracking
Perform critical path and delay analysis, identifying risks, opportunities, and impacts to programme delivery
Define and implement mitigation, recovery, and acceleration strategies to optimise project execution
Support claims management through forensic schedule analysis and delay impact assessments
Your Qualifications And Skills To Create a Better Tomorrow
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or related discipline
Extensive experience (15+ years) in planning and scheduling major rail or infrastructure projects
Proven leadership experience managing international scheduling teams, ideally in turnkey railway projects
Strong expertise in rail systems planning, including integration with civil works
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software
Experience in progress measurement, reporting, and delivery of contractual schedule requirements
Solid understanding of project management principles and large-scale project execution
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken); Vietnamese is advantageous
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment
