Mô tả công việc
• Prepare company documents, including the translation of documents between Vietnamese and English;
• Follow, attend project meetings and prepare documentation as per work request;
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within timeline;
• Coordinate with the internal project team, partners and client to meet the work expectation;
• Provide administrative support as needed;
• Other administrative work as assigned by the Director or supervisor.
Yêu cầu
- Male is preferable, graduated from university in majors: English literature, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent;
- High standard English skills (written and verbal);
- At least 5 years' working experience. Experience in Construction field and FIDIC contract is a prior.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and other relating software;
- Independent and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Careful, high responsibility, hardworking, initiative, independence working, honest and good management skills.
- Able to deliver high quality work and good team coordination;
- Being open-minded to research & learn and a responsibility manner in a high-pressure environment are the must.
