Mô tả công việc
1.Job Purpose:
-Responsibility of carrying out administrative paperwork for Construction and Projects department.
-Coordinate with the Project team to complete relevant tasks.
-Manage other Admin staffs according to job requirements or instructions from direct superiors.
-Connect and guide related work with external partners (contractors, consultants, etc.) and other internal departments.
2. Job accountabilities;
-Assist an organization with the efficient completion of construction projects by executing a variety of administrative tasks which may include carrying out the estimation of construction costs, strictly following construction plans, and maintaining an up-to-date record of construction contractor, consultant.
-Coordinate with the Project team to check layout and do estimation cost and final cost for stores. Proactively carry out internal approval documents (CEA, Final cost, etc.) for each project (store) according to available processes.
-Connect, guide and work with other contractors and consultants on completing advance and payment documents according to available standards and documents.
-In charge of work related to the bidding process.
-Responsibility of handling, managing, and overseeing the documents of each construction project (store), including bid documents, quality records, advance/payment paperwork, and drawings, etc.
-Manage other Admin staffs according to each person's work requirements. Report work results to direct superiors.
-Coordinate work and exchange with other departments, continue implementing existing processes or come up with ideas for improvements if truly necessary

Yêu cầu công việc
-Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
-Minimum 5 years working experience in administration.
-Proficient in spoken and written English.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful with positive working attitude.
-Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
-Able to work under pressure and overtime.
-Good time management skills.
-Good communication skills.
-Good performance in team work.
-English proficiency and Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
-Loyalty, enthusiasm, dynamic and long term service aspiration.
-Minimum 5 years working experience in administration.
-Proficient in spoken and written English.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, resourceful with positive working attitude.
