- Fully report daily work to superiors and customers; Fully inform the problems related to team members, projects, customers, and others;
- Summarize the situation and respond to customers;
- Support superiors in performing work-related organizational activities;
- Manage files and lists related to work; Manage meeting schedule with customers;
- Check, confirm the tasks are completed before releasing the demo - the final version of the product;
- Understand and transfer system requirements from customers to the team as well as support team members to send questions to customers and follow up, handle and solve problems;
- Monitor the progress and tasks according to the set process.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Be able to work full-time;
- Personal laptop is required;
- Basic Japanese language is a plus;
- Good communication skill;
- Organizational skills, work organization;
- Fluent English, 4 skills in English equivalent to 6.0 IELTS or 850 TOEIC, certificate is preferred;
- Graduated/final year university student majoring in Economics, English Language, IT, Information Systems, or related majors.
