We are looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to support Operations Team. You'll help maintain project schedules, track timelines, coordinate communication with stakeholders, and monitor progress against key milestones. You'll also turn project data into clear insights, update trackers and dashboards, and help keep workflows organized and running smoothly. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects move forward with consistency and high-quality execution.

What you'll do
Assist in planning and executing project activities.
Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and trackers to ensure smooth progression.
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project information and deliverables.
Analyze project data, prepare reports, and support decision-making with accurate Excel-based insights.
Identify workflow issues, flag risks early, and propose practical solutions to keep projects on track.
Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall project execution.

Qualifications:
4th-year or senior university student
Previous internship or part-time experience in project coordination, operations is a plus.
Enjoys working with numbers and using data insights to drive smooth, effective project delivery.
Required skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel for managing, analyzing, and interpreting project data.
Experience using AI-powered tools to improve workflow and productivity is a strong advantage.
Naturally curious and motivated to explore data insights that strengthen project outcomes.
Be able to handle and analyze sizable datasets, turning them into reliable, actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, decision-oriented mindset.
Highly detail-oriented with organized, consistent working habits.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
