- Master planning for development project: follow up and monitoring consultant in design period for controlling quality of design that be ensure to meet with requirement and relevant standard.
- Building design: follow up and monitor consultant work in design period and coordinate with supervisor and contractor in construction period.
- Liaise with Authorities for co-ordination/ seeking of approval for related works.
- To plan for project development included design and construction.
- Prepare letters to authorities. Meet and discuss with relevant Provincial Departments to get the work done.
- Collect information from all related departments and division. Prepare reports
- Strategic planning and
business development.
- Project and operations management.
- Internal relations and public affairs especially related departments and divisions.
- Willingness to work extra hours (if necessary).
- Other works assigned by GD.
