Mô tả công việc
Handle arrangements for visitor visas, invitation letters, and EHS/Security requirements.
Manage the EHS permits for installation suppliers.
Oversee project activities on-site to ensure smooth operations.
Provide assistance with on-site project activities.
Regularly update and report on the status of projects.
Act as a support resource for the project team
Working time: Mon - Fri
Working Location: VSIP 3 Industrial Park, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong (There are shuttle services available from Ho Chi Minh City & Bien Hoa, Dong Nai to VSIP 3 Industrial Park)

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
Proficient in using basic IT tools and software.
Skilled in using AutoCAD for design and drafting.
Advanced English proficiency (equivalent to B2 level, Level 10-12)
