Position Description
Education for Nature - Vietnam (ENV) is looking for a Project Coordinator based in Hanoi, Vietnam. The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all of ENV's activities under specific projects and overall ENV programs/campaigns, providing technical support on ENV activities and campaigns, and providing English-language support as required.
Main Responsibilities
• Project coordination, implementation, and management: Coordinate with ENV departments on the implementation of approved ENV activities in accordance with relevant project work plans, or as subsequently assigned by the ENV management board.
• Technical input: Work in close partnership with ENV's various department leaders and provide technical input on ENV activities, outputs, and campaigns.
• Financial and budgetary management: Develop and manage project budgets and ensure the appropriate expenditure of project funds throughout the project periods.
• Donor coordination: Coordinate and liaise with partners and donors to implement project activities and represent ENV at meetings and workshops.
• Reporting: Produce internal reports, work plans, donor reports, and other written outputs based on the outcome of various ENV project activities.
• English language technical writing, proofreading, and editing: Write technical reports and documents, and proofread and edit all relevant English-language ENV outputs.
• Staff recruitment and training: Assist with the recruitment and training of relevant staff members.
• Other tasks as assigned by members of the MB.
