The Job Description
Monitor progress and tasks according to the proposed process
Understand and communicate system requirements from customers to the team as well as support team members in sending questions to customers and monitor and resolve problems.
Check and confirm tasks are completed before releasing the demo or official version of the product
Manage work-related files and lists; Manage meeting schedules with customers
Support superiors in carrying out work-related organizational activities
Summarize the situation and respond to customers
Fully report daily work to superiors and customers; Fully inform about problems related to team members, projects, customers,...

Yêu cầu công việc
University graduate majoring in Economics, Foreign Languages, IT or related majors.
Good English 4 skills (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or TOEIC 900).
Have 2 years of experience related to management and customer support (knowledge/experiencein the IT industry is an advantage).
Good written and communication skills.
Ability to organize, arrange, solve problems and work effectively as a team.
Having knowledge of project management is an advantage.
Good English 4 skills (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or TOEIC 900).
Have 2 years of experience related to management and customer support (knowledge/experiencein the IT industry is an advantage).
Good written and communication skills.
Ability to organize, arrange, solve problems and work effectively as a team.
Having knowledge of project management is an advantage.
