We are looking for a responsible Localization Project Coordinator to serve as a key contact point for clients, managing their requirements and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables. The Project Coordinator will handle a group of clients assigned by the Production Director and will be responsible for project quotations, invoicing, collections, and gathering client feedback to evaluate satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client information, including email, telephone, address, FTP server, and portal credentials.
• Receive and verify client requirements, checking service specifications and availability.
• Prepare and submit quotations to clients and request confirmation.
• Coordinate task preparation and delivery with the
Project Manager.
• Review deliverables from the Project Manager and send them to clients.
• Prepare and send invoices to clients.
• Collect and document client feedback.
• Perform other duties as required by project management needs.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided on project implementation processes, tools, and applications.
• Experience in project management, preferably in the translation and localization industry, is a plus.
• University degree in linguistics, communication, business, technology, or related fields.
• Knowledge of contract issues, including terms of payment and legal considerations.
• Familiarity with documentation processes.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common computer skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, along with critical thinking abilities.
• Willingness to travel for business as required.
