Project CoordinatorHan Spaces is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing Design & Build team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working closely with clients, coordinating project activities, and ensuring smooth project execution from planning to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the
Project Manager in all aspects of project planning and execution.
Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure timely delivery within budget.
Act as the primary point of contact and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project expectations are met.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, reports, meeting minutes, and administrative records.
Monitor project timelines and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of action items.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in the Design & Build, Interior Fit-out, or Construction industry is preferred.
Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to manage schedules, priorities, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Good command of English.
