Project Director - Low-Rise Development

Description
Project Director will be responsible for overseeing projects execution and construction management from the planning phase through project completion covering key areas, such as legal & regulatory, commercial and project management with extensive stakeholders communication and efficiency improvements.
The responsibility will include but won't be limited to:
- Identifying opportunities for reducing costs by implementing best practices in construction;
- Implementing energy-efficient design principles and necessary certification programs to optimise building performance;
- Providing valuable insights to Leadership team on market demands, operational challenges, and strategies for optimising overall portfolio performance;
- Enhancing collaboration and coordination among project stakeholders throughout all project phases;
Profile
* Higher Degree in Engineering or related field;
* Membership or association of reputable institution is highly preferable;
* 15+ year experience in residential, townhouse or hotel projects in Vietnam;
* Fluency in Vietnamese and English;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Solid track record in managing several projects simultaneously with necessary workload distribution;
