- As a
Project Manager, you will lead project teams to ensure successful and on-time/on-budget delivery of company products and solution projects to clients. Responsibilities include:
- Project schedule planning, progress monitoring and tracking, preparation of related project tracking documents.
- Leading the project team in planning and executing system functionalities and architectures, including communication with internal and external clients, technical discussions, and presentations.
- Collecting and organizing information regarding process updates, requirement additions, and changes.
- Project risk management and issue resolution.
vLeading the project team in project acceptance and testing upon completion.
- Planning and coordinating the work assignments of project team members.
- Preparing project closure analysis and presentations, including lessons learned and improvement proposals.

- Strong EQ, excellent communication and coordination skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software project management.
- At least 5 years of practical experience as a System Analyst (SA) or System
Designer (SD).
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Experience in leading large-scale projects is a plus (especially with consulting or solution planning capabilities in relevant domains).
- Prior experience in the software or banking/financial industry is preferred.
