Project Management & Coordination
Lead and manage toy development projects from design stage to production launch.
Coordinate with design, R&D, QC,
purchasing, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and ensure on-time completion.
Provide weekly project status updates and risk alerts.
Technical Engineering
Review 3D drawings, product structure, and engineering requirements.
Conduct feasibility analysis for plastic / plush / electronic toy components.
Work with suppliers on mold development, tooling design, material selection, and process optimization.
Evaluate engineering samples, pilot runs, and pre-production builds.
Solve technical issues related to structure, molding, assembly, and quality defects.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure toys comply with safety standards such as ASTM F963, EN71, CPSIA, etc.
Support reliability testing, safety evaluations, and corrective actions.
Work closely with QC and testing labs to ensure product quality consistency.
Cost & Efficiency
Review BOM and cost breakdown; support cost optimization.
Identify engineering improvements to enhance manufacturability and reduce scrap.
Supplier & Factory Communication
Liaise with factories, tooling vendors, and material suppliers on all technical matters.
Conduct on-site follow-ups during tool trials, assembly evaluation, and mass production stages
