Main Responsibilities (80%):
- Train and guide technical staff in executing electrical testing and calibration work (primary and secondary equipment) in high-voltage and low-voltage substations, industrial plants, and high-rise building projects, etc.
- Assess risks and propose mitigation measures before project implementation.
- Develop detailed plans and allocate resources for project execution.
- Communicate with clients, partners, contractors, and suppliers before, during, and after project implementation.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage work timelines, report progress, and monitor performance during project execution.
- Handle issues arising during project implementation (if any).
After project completion:
- Evaluate completed projects and propose improvements.
- Assess performance of technical team members, contractors, and participating partners.Supporting Responsibilities (20%):
Support the Sales Department in developing project opportunities:
- Survey potential opportunities, unique features, and risk levels of new projects.
- Prepare bidding documents.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors and the Head of Maintenance - Testing Project Management Department.
