Functional objectives
Is responsible for
- Conduct product feasibility studies and propose design concepts based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Purchasing, and IE teams to define specifications, costs, and resources.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate project team activities, communication, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create and maintain CAD drawings, technical documents, and product data in PLM systems.
- Support project documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
