Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination
Assist in defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Coordinate project schedules and ensure tasks are assigned appropriately across teams.
Support project estimation and planning activities to optimize resource allocation.
Client Communication & Stakeholder Management
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Prepare meeting agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up action items.
Coordinate internal and external meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
Project Monitoring & Quality Assurance
Track project milestones, deadlines, and team performance.
Monitor deliverable quality and ensure adherence to project requirements and agency standards.
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and workflow processes.
Team & Resource Support
Coordinate workloads across marketing, design, content, and development teams.
Assist in managing project priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts.
Support team members in removing blockers and improving project efficiency.
Risk & Issue Management
Identify potential project risks, delays, and resource constraints.
Escalate issues proactively and support the implementation of effective solutions.
Help ensure projects stay on track regarding budget, scope, and timelines.
Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in project coordination, account management, marketing operations, or a related role.
Understanding of
digital marketing services such as SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Advertising, Social Media.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Good organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Jira, etc.).
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and international clients.
