1. Pre-construction stage: (30%)
Find suitable consultants and contractors.
Prepare and review tender invitation documents, and assist in tender evaluation.
Check and correct on the civil design.
Work with consultants to submit basic design appraisal, construction design appraisal, EIA, Fire-Fighting approval, construction license to the authority.
2. Construction stage (40%)
Check supervision consultant: staff, man-months, MoM, report and tasks of supervision.
Together with supervision consultant to check the major works of contractors, answer RFI (Request for Information).
Take part in meeting on site with consultant and contractor.
Witness of important test at laboratory or factory.
Review payment documents and report progress to the Manager.
3. Post-construction stage (20%)
Work with supervision consultant and contractors to finalize the procedures of Testing and Hand-over.
Support the Manager to hand over project to customer or Site Management department.
4. Check and accept for Client's construction and infrastructure connection, working with authorities when needed (10%)
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineer)
At least 5 years of experience in engineering or related fields.
Good communication in English, MS Office, AutoCAD is prefer.
Strong ability to review and comment on design documents.
Good working with contractors and consultants
Good at review and comment for designs
Hard working in professional environment
