ABOUT ASIA SOCIETY FOR SOCIAL IMPROVEMENT AND SUSTAINABLE TRANSFORMATION (ASSIST)
ASSIST was established in 2003 with the aim of addressing sustainability challenges in the Philippines. Today, it has evolved into a self-sustaining, Pan-Asian, non-profit organization driven by passion and purpose for progress and prosperity in the region.
ASSIST Vietnam is a branch of ASSIST. We have been implementing social & environmental projects since 2007. At ASSIST we work closely with corporates/private companies to jointly implement social or environmental projects benefiting the society & environment in Vietnam. We implement projects across many provinces in Vietnam. We have colleagues from different countries working together on project implementation and acquiring new projects.
What we expect you to perform:
Support the
Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day project activities.
Assist in collecting and organizing project-related information and documents.
Help with preparing presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal and external use.
Join project team meetings if needed
Support in conducting basic research, surveys, or data entry tasks.
Assist with administrative procedures such as payment requests and other paperwork.
Participate in team activities and training sessions to develop project management skills.
Perform other tasks as assigned to support the successful implementation of projects
Who we are looking for:
Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Social Work or related fields.
Careful, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic in work.
Good communication skills, both in Vietnamese and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with NGOs or familiarity with administrative procedures is a plus.
