Project Management
Support project planning, scope, milestones, timelines and deliverables.
Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies and action items.
Coordinate project meetings, follow-ups and stakeholder communication.
Monitor UAT, go-live readiness and project closure.
Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports and documentation.
Support change and scope management.
PMO & Portfolio Management
Monitor the health and progress of multiple projects.
Support resource and capacity planning across Service teams.
Prepare weekly/monthly project and management reports.
Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks and resource conflicts.
Ensure PMO processes, templates and governance standards are followed.
Support continuous improvement of project management processes.
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate Business, Service, Product and Technology teams.
Track cross-functional dependencies and commitments.
Facilitate communication and escalate issues when required.
Yêu cầu
2+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Project Coordination, Delivery Operations or related roles.
Strong understanding of project planning, scope, timeline, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, resources and stakeholder management.
Experience managing or coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive in identifying risks and resolving project bottlenecks.
Experience with project tracking, KPI reporting and documentation.
Familiar with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, [protected info], Asana, MS Project, Larksuite or similar.
Good English communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, Software, System Integration or Professional Services.
Experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid project management.
Experience with RAID logs, change control and project governance.
PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 or PSM certification.
Good Excel/Google Sheets or BI reporting skills.
