We are looking for a PMO (Project Management Office) to act as the operational backbone of TripOTA's product and engineering organization.
Ensure alignment between product roadmap, business priorities, and delivery execution across multiple squads.
Drive efficient resource allocation and capacity planning across Dev, QC, BA teams.
Establish and maintain lean governance frameworks (Agile, Sprint, Release, SIT/UAT/Production).
Monitor and improve delivery performance, quality, and efficiency.
Identify risks, manage cross-team dependencies, and proactively unblock delivery issues.
Build data-driven dashboards and reporting systems to provide real-time visibility into project health.
Collaborate closely with PO, Tech Lead, and Business teams to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
Continuously optimize operational processes and explore AI-driven automation for delivery management.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
3-6+ years of experience in PMO / Project Management / Delivery Management in software development.
Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience in multi-team / multi-product environments is a must.
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Power BI.
Experience in travel tech / OTA / fintech / platform-based systems is a strong advantage.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD, and microservices architecture.
Strong system thinking and ability to see the big picture.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to balance between flexibility (Agile) and control (Governance).
High ownership, proactive mindset, and result-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Data-driven mindset, able to translate metrics into actions.
