Project Management Officer
Job Location: Cần Thơ, Vietnam
Responsibilities
● Monitoring existing projects to ensure timely execution and completion. Following project development closely and tracking that each stage is completed appropriately, within the specified time and resources.
● Analyzing data and project information to identify better ways to do business as well as new business opportunities. This information is provided to senior management to guide their decision-making.
● Developing status reports to be delivered to the head of division and senior management, including updates on any issues in the project timeline and providing suggestions for solutions.
● Responsible for managing project resource and assessing employee performance.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree, in Information Technology, Business Administration, Business or related fields.
● Previous experience in information technology or certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is a big plus.
● Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
● Excellent computer skills.
● Good prioritization skills, to balance key priorities.
● Strong analysis and critical thinking skills. Love to work with data.
● Experience with program co-ordination/administration.
● Knowledge of fiscal planning, business case development, and contract management.
