• Assist the
Project Manager to lead the project from end to end (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.)
• Standardize project management on documents/ system, monitor project progress and update project status to management board via tools or dashboards.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Coordinate meetings/ communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Prepare project materials, project presentations, status updates, and executive reports, meeting minutes...
• Manage project-related files, contracts, and documents.
• Perform other administrative tasks as requested by the Project Manager.
• Bachelors / college degree in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management or related fields
• Strong communication skill in business, both verbal and written is required.
• Document standardization and reporting skills, including preparing project materials/ presentation and status reports for top management level.
• Good problem solving skills, analytical skills.
• Project management skills including project planning, scope and timeline management, risk identification and mitigation, and progress monitoring.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring the deliverable meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
• A flexible, hardworking and "can do" attitude.
• At least 5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or PM support roles.
• Fluent in English (read, written, spoken).
• Professional in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Canvas...)
• General knowledge and understanding of technology.
• Good in making flow chart, data model, business process diagram
