Project Management - Technology, Data, AI (Airport Project)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Expert, Project Management to lead and support governance, execution, and strategic alignment for the Technology, Data & AI workstream within a large-scale infrastructure program. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies and data-driven solutions to deliver impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technology Planning & Implementation Oversight
• Develop and manage the master plan for procurement, design, training, and deployment of technology products and tools supporting project management and airport operations.
• Monitor overall progress to ensure all technology components (equipment, systems, software) are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with departments such as Procurement, Design, IT, and external consultants/contractors to:
• Define technical requirements and prepare tender documents.
• Evaluate and select vendors, ensuring technology design aligns with the airport's master plan.
• Oversee handover, acceptance, and operational readiness processes.
2. Airport Technology Systems Management
• Supervise end-to-end processes from design, tendering, procurement, installation, training, and operation of critical airport technology systems, including:
• Security and screening systems, BHS, CUTE/CUPPS, FIDS, AODB, AOCC.
• Network infrastructure, Data Center, IoT, and Smart Airport solutions.
• Ensure compliance with international standards (ICAO/IATA), cybersecurity requirements, and scalability for future development phases.
3. Passenger-Facing Technology Solutions
• Research, develop, and implement technology solutions to enhance passenger experience and commercial services.
4. Data Management & Technology Innovation
• Establish a centralized data governance strategy covering collection, storage, security, and operational analytics.
• Develop intelligent dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for senior leadership.
• Monitor aviation technology trends, propose periodic upgrades, and drive innovation initiatives.
• Assess, flag, and mitigate risks related to timelines, quality, and information security across all technology deliverables.
