Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
4+ years of experience in IT Project Management within Banking/Financial Services OR 3+ years of experience in Accounting/Banking with strong understanding of IT/
Business Analyst language.
- Proven experience delivering Core Banking implementation or upgrade projects.
- Strong knowledge of:
Core Banking systems
Banking operations
Accounting entries, GL processes, and financial reporting
System integration & data migration
SDLC & testing lifecycle
- Experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE is highly preferred.
- PMP / Agile certification is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills.
- Good English proficiency.
