Project Manager E-commerce Launch - FURNITURE BRANDLectus

Lectus, a fast-growing Polish furniture brand, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us successfully enter the Vietnamese market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire project to launch our operations in Vietnam - from initial preparations to full operational implementation, including setting up an online sales platform and introducing process automation. We are seeking someone with a strong e-commerce background who is familiar with the tools and technologies supporting sales automation.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the project to launch Lectus operations in Vietnam, overseeing timelines, budget, and objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end process of launching new products, including strategy, planning, and execution across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and introduce new products, overseeing their lifecycle from concept to launch. • Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and competitive positioning.
• Set up an online sales platform, including selecting and implementing appropriate tools such as order management systems (OMS), customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing automation.
• Automate key e-commerce processes, such as order processing, customer service, and analytics, to optimize operational efficiency.
• Identify and establish partnerships with local manufacturers in Vietnam who will supply products directly to customers.
• Organize and supervise the process of company registration, ensuring compliance with local regulations (labor law, taxes, accounting).
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to define marketing and sales strategies.
• Oversee logistics from Vietnamese manufacturers to local customers, ensuring fast and efficient delivery.
• Build and manage an operations team in Vietnam as the business grows.
