Scope of job:
Ensure that the company's export process is executed efficiently and in compliance with legal regulations, from document preparation to delivery.
Develop, implement, and monitor export projects from planning to completion, ensuring that projects meet objectives regarding time, cost, and quality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners and customers to drive the company's growth in the global market.
1. Project Management:
Plan, implement, and monitor the entire process of the aluminum and glass export project from start to finish.
Assign tasks and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure that the project's progress and product quality.
Monitor and control the project budget, ensuring the project is executed within the allowable budget.
Assess risks and propose solutions to ensure the project proceeds smoothly.
2. Quality Management:
Oversee and inspect product quality, ensuring it meets customers' technical and aesthetic standards.
Detect and promptly address issues related to product quality.
3. Communication and External Relations:
Establish and maintain good relationships with international customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
Negotiate and resolve issues arising during the project implementation with customers and related partners.
Prepare progress and performance reports for the Board of Directors and relevant parties periodically or upon request.
