As the Project Manager at Mirai Labs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth workflow of the team, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving the successful development and implementation of our products. You will work closely with the Product Owner, to create and execute the product roadmap, and actively contribute to game design and feature improvement suggestions. Your experience in the gaming industry, along with your interest in games with blockchain elements, will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Streamline and improve the team's workflow to enhance productivity and efficiency. Identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and establish best practices to ensure smooth project execution.
2. Familiarise yourself with team roles, workflows, and the product value chain.
3. Work closely with the Product Owner to develop and implement the product roadmap. Collaborate on defining project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
4. Take an active role in the game design process by providing valuable insights and suggestions. Collaborate with the design team to contribute to the creation of engaging gameplay mechanics, user experiences, and innovative features.
5. Continuously monitor user feedback and market trends to identify areas for feature improvement. Collaborate with the development team to suggest enhancements and optimizations to existing features, ensuring a positive user experience and driving user engagement.
6. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution, track progress, and address any potential issues or risks.
7. Communicate project status, updates, and deliverables to stakeholders, including the executive team, development team, and other relevant departments. Manage expectations and foster positive relationships with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address potential challenges and obstacles to keep projects on track and within scope.
9. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to establish and maintain high-quality standards for product development. Conduct regular testing and reviews to ensure that products meet or exceed quality expectations.
10. Identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.

• 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the game industry.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong communication in Vietnamese.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Knowledge and passion for game design and mechanics, with the ability to provide valuable suggestions and contributions.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality products within deadlines.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Passion for the gaming industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements.
• Background or familiarity with blockchain technology is a plus.

• Your probationary period is 100% of salary.
