Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines aligned with business objectives
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end project execution from design development to completion
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor project progress to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards
• Review and manage design, technical issues, variations, and contractor performance
• Oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety, and regulations
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
• Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure legal compliance and approvals
• Prepare and present regular project reports to management
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to clients and Facilities Management
• Support cost control, procurement coordination, and contract management throughout the project lifecycle
