Project Manager / Scrum Master

WE ARE HIRING: Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master (5+ years of experience)
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager / Scrum Master to help us drive tech projects, bridge communication gaps, and thrive in dynamic environments.
JOB DESCRIPTION
● Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master
● Location: Onsite at key stakeholders' offices as required. Remainder - remote
● Languages: Fluent English & Vietnamese required
● Basis: Full time through project completion and hypercare (approx. 18 months), with an option to extend by 6 to 12 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Run the workstream day to day: plan, track, and report progress, risks, issues and dependencies against the agreed scope.
● Attend workshops, Discovery sessions and governance meetings at stakeholders' offices; produce written minutes and actions in English.
● Enable the remote engineering team: arrange access, coordinate screen-share working sessions, and unblock onsite constraints
REQUIRED
● Proven project management and delivery experience on enterprise IT programmes, ideally in banking or financial services. Strong hands-on knowledge of Agile processes and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
● Bilingual fluency in written and spoken English & Vietnamese.
● Strong risk identification and close tracking discipline: spots slippage and ambiguity early and raises it.
● Sufficient working understanding of identity concepts (SSO, MFA, authentication flows)
NICE-TO-HAVE
● Understanding of solution architecture, data flows and cloud or container platforms (OpenShift, AWS).
● Prior work inside or alongside a Vietnamese bank, or familiarity with SBV regulatory requirements.
