Requirements
8+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Program Management, or Enterprise Technology Delivery.
4+ years of experience managing ServiceNow delivery engagements, particularly ITSM and GRC modules.
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementation and transformation programs.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, GRC, Workflows, Flow
Designer, Integrations, and Automation capabilities.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, project governance, dependency management, and release planning.
Hands-on experience with sprint planning, backlog management, RAID logs, change control, and go-live governance.
Strong financial management experience including budget tracking, EAC/ETC forecasting, earned value analysis, and variance reporting.
Experience managing UAT cycles, defect management, release readiness, deployment activities, and hypercare support.
Demonstrated ability to lead geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
CIS-ITSM, CAD, or other ServiceNow certifications.
PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or other regulated industries.
