Project Manager

Manage & Co-ordinate of New Product Introduction in line with internal Gate based procedure and meets all aspects of external customer expectations. Drive specific NPI transfer products to ensure effective implementation into the manufacturing organization. Manage the Strategic Customers and program management to ensure effective customer satisfaction programs are managed.
* Main Responsibility
1. Lead and drive the New Product Introduction process to ensure that the product meets the customer's specifications and requirements.
2. Communicate and work with sales/ internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and coordination sample making.
3. Ensure the sample shipped to the customer is to specification and correct quality standard.
4. Gate-based project management primarily responsible for assigned Project(s) - Manage, control & coordinate with NPI teams to ensure project objectives are fulfilled.
5. Develop & maintain the project plan for the assigned project.
6. Organize new project kick-off meeting, Co-ordinate related NPI build performance including OTD, yield rate, waste, action plan and project GM%.
7. Follow up related build feedback on the customer side.
8. Follow NPI procedure to conduct NPI review meeting with all concerned parties.
9. Project sign off to ensure smooth transition of new products from NPI team to site team.
10. Proactively communicate with project sponsors to ensure all are fully informed regarding project status and that all potential concerns are highlighted in a timely manner to ensure effective resolution.
11. Lead and coordinate the external transfer projects from other sites to the plant and also internal transfer projects from other plants to Vietnam.
12. Ensure the progress of jobs through the process is planned and prioritized correctly.
13. Cooperate with QA team for CAR/8D on customer defects.
14. Monitor the ECN process to ensure products satisfy customers' and internal requirements. Work with the team on PPAP docs and customer approvals.
15. Drive specific NPI transfer sourcing projects. Ensure appropriate approvals to confirm supplier's technical qualifications. Work with purchasing and quality depts. to qualify suppliers for volume sourcing of product.
16. Other duties assigned by the Manager or top manager.
