Project Manager

MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead a team with an average size (4 members) or multiple teams.- Be responsible for project development from planning to acceptance. - Empower your team and facilitate the delivery of high-quality products regularly, repeatedly, and predictably through a focus on risk management, business value, and the needs of the end customer.- Accountable for the quality of Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases, and retrospectives.- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.- Set the pace for delivery, motivate teams to succeed, and coach the team to become self-organized.- Conflict resolution within/ between the delivery team and stakeholders.- Manage the relationship successfully with the client and all stakeholders through excellent communication.
