• Coordinate in project management activities and to provide regular updates.
• Develop and manage project schedules; track project activities based on schedule.
• Leading cross-functional team meetings; effectively managing communications with internal project team members and external customers.
• Sorting and maintaining project documents.
• Managing day-to-day operational aspects of projects including project payment milestones
• Facilitating review of deliverables prepared by the delivery team before submitting them to the customer. • Proactively identify risks, define problem solving strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Effectively and accurately setting customer expectations.
Yêu cầu
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fast learner with passion for technology
• Able to express your view and concepts clearly, accurately, and fluently during communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word (Documentation) and Excel (Formulas)
• Team coordination, management, and leadership skills
• Fluency in English, knowing other foreign languages is an advantage.
• Analytic and problem-solving skillsets. Able to focus on work under work pressure.
• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Language will be preferred.
• Understanding of project management concept and approach will be preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, extremely high attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
