Reports to: General Director
FUNCTIONAL GOAL
Oversees that the assigned projects has met its profitability and ensures that target delivery timeline was achieved.
KEY TASKS
Oversees and manage efficiently assigned projects. Has proactive involvement in the operations - from receiving of documents, custom clearance, delivery, planning, execution and billing.
Prepares spot quotation relative to the project.
Checks and reviews the status reports of the Assistant Project Manager/ Project Administrator as they should know in the macro-level operations status of the handled project.
Controls costs of the project - manpower overtime, subcontractor billings, port charges, and other related costs of the project shipment. Further, checks and recommends approval of payment for the suppliers / subcontractors billing invoices.
Oversees the monitoring and accounting of container deposits prepared by the Assistant Project Manager.
Assesses project and contract risks and finds ways to mitigate the risks.
Reviews status and availability of manpower, equipment, and other resources of the company to ensure timely delivery of the project.
Checks the billing drafts prior to finalization of billing invoices, ensures timely sending of final billing to customers, settles billing disputes and assists in the collection of receivables.
Monitors, reviews and actions on WIP and accruals issues and concerns
Attends to any other tasks the General Director may assign.

Education and Experience
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities necessary for satisfactory job performance.
Experience in domestic freight forwarding and courier, logistics a must. Minimum of 8 years including at least 3 years in a management position.
A combination of freight forwarding and airline sales or operations experience is a plus factor.
A Bachelor's degree with major course in Management, Marketing or related discipline. Post graduate degree preferred but not required.
