• Build and maintain the Master Project Plan for the entire NTP delivery scope
• Set up delivery governance: steering committees, status reporting, RACI matrix
• Manage schedule, budget, risks, and issues across all workstreams
• Coordinate resource allocation between squads and workstreams
• Facilitate communication between NTP and the client
• Escalate and resolve blockers impacting delivery
• Report delivery status to NTP leadership and client's stakeholders.
• Ensure Agile delivery practices are effectively applied
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies
• Support change management and stakeholder alignment
Yêu cầu
1. Experience & Education
• Minimum 7-10 years in project management, with at least 3 years managing large-scale transformation projects
• Experience in Banking/Financial Services sector
• Managed projects with 15+ team members and multiple workstreams
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in IT or Business Administration
2. Technical Skills
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (mandatory)
• Experience with Agile delivery management (Scrum, SAFe)
• Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Confluence
• Strong risk management and issue resolution experience
• Understanding of IT delivery lifecycle and software development processes
• Budget tracking and financial reporting capability
3. Soft Skills
• Leadership and ability to drive cross-functional teams
• Multi-level stakeholder management (C-level to team level)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
• Fluent English (direct communication with BCG team)
Nice to have:
• Experience working with MBB/Big 4 consulting firms
• SAFe Program Consultant or Agile PM certification
• Digital banking transformation experience
• Network within the Vietnamese banking industry
