Lead end-to-end project delivery (scope, timeline, budget, quality)
Collaborate with clients & stakeholders to define scope, goals, and success metrics
Manage and motivate cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, BA)
Plan and maintain project schedules, resources, and documentation
Track progress via KPIs, milestones, and deliverables
Identify risks/issues early and drive mitigation and resolution
Ensure clear stakeholder communication (status updates, reports, meetings)
Manage scope changes, timelines, and budgets with proper documentation
Ensure delivery transparency (timesheets, tracking, accountability)
Build strong client relationships, support team growth, and drive continuous improvement
Yêu cầu
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the software development or IT outsourcing industry.
Fluent in English (written and verbal), with the ability to work confidently with global clients and stakeholders.
Strong command of Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Strong client management and communication skills, with a service-oriented and results-driven mindset.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Experience working with clients from Japan, US, Europe, or APAC regions is highly desirable.
