Project Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of commercial and industrial (C&I) rooftop solar projects across Vietnam. This role sits at the heart of SkyX Solar's growth engine, requiring a hands-on professional who can manage complex multi-site portfolios, oversee EPC contractors, uphold international HSE standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Project Manager (PM) is expected to deliver the following:
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project management of C&I rooftop solar PV projects from site assessment and feasibility through design, construction, commissioning, and O&M handover.
• Manage and audit EPC contractors' performance against contractual obligations, quality standards, HSE requirements, and project schedules.
• Review engineering designs, PVsyst models, structural calculations, SLDs, and performance data; provide technical support throughout design and construction.
• Manage project planning tools (Gantt charts, CPM schedules) to track milestones, flag risks, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
• Coordinate with relevant teams and technical teams on project feasibility, proposals, PPAs, and bid/award processes.
• Manage and audit EPC contractors' performance against contractual obligations, quality standards, HSE requirements, and project schedules; ensure strict compliance with signed agreements.
• Conduct regular site visits, oversee system commissioning, and manage punch-list closure to ensure projects achieve full commercial operation on schedule.
• Liaise with EVN, local authorities, and government agencies to obtain necessary permits, grid connection approvals, and operation licenses.
• Enforce SkyX Solar's HSE standards on all project sites, including working-at-heights protocols, safety audits, and contractor HSE inductions.
• Manage working-at-heights risk assessments, fall-protection protocols, and contractor HSE inductions for rooftop works.
• Maintain quality documentation including ITPs, NCRs MOCs, and construction completion certificates.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly project progress reports, budget tracking, and risk registers to senior management.
