YOUR MAIN MISSIONS
Manage end-to-end delivery of projects ensuring quality, timeline, cost, and customersatisfaction.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, BA, etc.) for effective projecTimplementation.
Communicate, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with key account clients.
Participate in project planning, scope control, and risk assessment.
Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to Junior/
Fresher PMs.
Regularly report project status to upper management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
At least 3 years of experience in project management, managing Fixed-Price(Project-Based) projects.
Proven skills in communication and stakeholder management, especially withinternational or enterprise clients.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Logical mindset, accountability, proactivity, and strong commitment to outcomes.
Proficient in English, especially in client communication and readingdocumentation
- Nice to have:
Technical background (e.g.,
Developer, QA, BA) or strong understanding ofsoftware products.
Experience with Dedicated or ODSC project models.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, etc.)
