[WE ARE HIRING] PROJECT MANAGER - PAPAYA INSURTECH
Papaya is looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of our projects, both internal initiatives and client deployments. You will own each project end to end and are accountable for keeping delivery on schedule against the agreed plan. A core part of this role is coordination - driving alignment across our Growth, Operations and Technology teams while working day to day with partners in Vietnam and overseas to ensure projects are delivered successfully, with optimal and efficient use of people and time.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the complete lifecycle of internal initiatives and client deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
Cross-Team Alignment: Serve as the bridge connecting Growth, Operations, and Technology teams to maintain momentum and strategic focus.
Global Collaboration: Partner closely with regional and international stakeholders daily to optimize team capacity, timeline, and resource allocation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
At least 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master (including at least 2 years with software development teams).
Proven proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall.
Strong command of English (both written and verbal) for seamless international collaboration.
