JOB PURPOSE
At TAJ, as a Project Manager -you are a campaign driver, a trusted client partner, and a catalyst for business growth. You will develop and execute integrated marketing communications (IMC) campaigns and events, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements. By coordinating project implementation, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities, you contribute to the successful delivery of campaigns and the achievement of the Company's business objectives.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Key responsibilities
- Research, plan, and develop integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) campaign and event organization
- Present strategic communication ideas to clients and pursue partnership opportunities for the Company.
- Develop project plans, coordinate and monitor project quality and performance, and ensure projects meet the Company's objectives, including timelines, quality, and financial targets.
- Communicate and work directly with clients, negotiate and finalize contracts, track project progress, and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
- Take responsibility for project deliverable quality and deadlines.
- Coordinate relevant departments and oversee project execution in accordance with the established plan.
- Analyze project metrics and provide consultation and recommendations to optimize client outcomes.
- Manage project documentation accurately and ensure all documents are regularly updated.
- Ensure all project documents and data (files, folders, and hard-copy documents, if any) are systematically organized, carefully managed, and properly maintained.
- Prepare project closing reports, finalize contracts, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain client relationships to secure contract renewals for future projects.
- Handle external relations and client servicing, particularly for international clients.
- Guide and train Project Assistants.
- Take responsibility for achieving business targets and meeting the client acquisition targets committed to the Company
- Research and plan event projects as assigned by the direct manager
2. Lead and/or coordinate other tasks as assigned by the Department Head
Yêu cầu
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations (PR), Business Administration, or a related field.
- Applicants should have 03 years of experience in a comparable position.
- Strong professional knowledge of communications and marketing.
- Presentation and negotiation skills, critical thinking, and logical reasoning.
- Experience working with international clients and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) is an advantage.
- Experience managing integrated communication projects with an annual budget of more than VND 10 billion.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously across different industries, including FMCG, food and beverage (F&B), automotive, electronics, technology, insurance, real estate, and banking and finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Actively participate in training courses, seminars, and marketing communities to acquire knowledge and build professional relationships.
- Fluent in English, with an IELTS score of at least 6.5. Knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage.
