Company Description PTSC Offshore Services Joint Stock Company (POS), a member of PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation under Vietnam Oil and Gas Group, is a leading service provider to the offshore oil and gas industry in Viet Nam. 1. Planning & schedule control
Consolidate data and prepare project plans and schedules in accordance with contract or Investor requirements.
Monitor, forecast and control project progress; develop recovery plans when a project falls behind schedule.
Prepare procedures and documents relating to planning and progress management.
2. Reporting & coordination
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the client and the Project Management Team Leader.
Report to the Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader of the Project Planning Team and DAHH Department Management; coordinate with Project Management Team Leaders and relevant personnel to deliver planning, progress control and reporting effectively.
Advise the Project Management / Project Planning Team Leaders and support related departments within the assigned area.
3. Tendering support & project workforce
Support the invitation/quotation, evaluation, negotiation and contracting process with subcontractors and suppliers in the role of proposer.
Collect information, plan daily activities and write daily reports for ongoing projects.
4. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Fully comply with health, safety and environmental requirements in all related business activities.
Continuously raise safety awareness and fully apply safety procedures while performing work.
Work directly on offshore drilling/production platforms and marine construction vessels at the field when required.
Education & experience
University degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Engineering or Maritime disciplines (Construction, Maritime, Polytechnic, Technical or Industrial universities).
At least 02 years of experience in project planning.
Skills
Proficient in English for work purposes.
Proficient in office software; able to use Primavera P6.
Attributes
Professional, proactive and hardworking; able to work well under high pressure.
Willing to travel and work at remote sites as assigned by the Company.
