The
Programme Management Assistant (Scheduler)
supports the Programme Manager and project team in planning, monitoring, and controlling project schedules. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable scheduling data, structured reporting, and analytical insights to support the successful execution of complex rail infrastructure projects.

You will:
Support the development and implementation of project scheduling processes, ensuring alignment with defined procedures and project standards
Prepare and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6, including resource- and cost-loaded schedules
Develop detailed and phase-specific schedules (e.g. installation plans, rolling schedules, interface schedules)
Coordinate scheduling inputs across project teams, identify deviations, and support optimisation of timelines and resources
Monitor project progress by analysing actual versus planned performance and supporting earned value analysis
Prepare schedule reports, including critical path analysis, milestone tracking, and variance reporting
Identify schedule risks and opportunities, and support mitigation and acceleration measures
Contribute to monthly progress reporting for internal stakeholders and clients, including time-related analyses and insights
Support schedule-related inputs for claims, including forensic schedule analysis where required
Your Qualifications And Skills To Create a Better Tomorrow
Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification
Experience as a Scheduler in major infrastructure or railway projects
Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and schedule management practices
Good understanding of project management principles and project delivery processes
Experience in preparing schedule-related reports and contractual submissions
Strong analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multicultural teams
Fluent English; Vietnamese language skills are an advantage
