Find and develop real estate suitable for growth, and to ensure coordination between the investors and the project developer.
ROLES
* To establish contacts between owner, tenant and investor at the issue of permit stage.
* Prepare a declaration of intent with the owner or investor after real estate selection.
* * Provide consulting services on revision-related issues.
* To be responsible for leading and coaching the team.
* To bring innovation and to control the realization.
KEY RESULT AREAS
* In coordination with the legal department to prepare the contract to be signed between the investor, the developer, the construction company and the tenant.
PEOPLE SPECIFICATIONS
- At least a recognized Bachelor degree
- Minimum 10 years' experience at Senior Managerial Level in Site expansion, Land Acquisition....
- Previous experience in Retail/Wholesale Trade, Leading FMCG Manufacturer
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Self-motivated, proven leadership, interpersonal skills and organization capability
- Good PC skills/Internet Research with good sense for figures
