Mô tả công việc
- Responsible of working on the sales and marketing of Cainiao warehouse facilities and services in Vietnam, execute the company's strategies in relation to market development, and ensure the success of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Overseeing all aspects of leasing management, develop leasing plans to identify new customers and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize occupancy in line with the business plan.
- Develop sales and marketing plans, strategies, and related materials, arrange and execute business promotion activities.
- Provide insights on new investment project planning, positioning, design, and services development.
Establish, consolidate, and maintain working relationships with existing customers, prospective tenants, and business partners.
- Develop commercial contracts and secure contractual commitments from customers in support of the company's overall business objectives.
Organize the collection, analysis, and regular reporting of industry intelligence information.

Yêu cầu
- Sharp commercial sense on leasing opportunity and capabilities on transaction control, with good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor degree or above, more than five years work experience in industrial/logistics property leasing industry, with business resources and the ability to independently manage leasing projects
- Understand the customers' needs, familiar with the overall procedure on leasing transaction management with track records
- Ability in leasing strategy analysis, market research, and business writing
- Self-motivation, integrity, clear thinking, passion, and pressure resistance
- Bachelor degree or above, more than five years work experience in industrial/logistics property leasing industry, with business resources and the ability to independently manage leasing projects
- Understand the customers' needs, familiar with the overall procedure on leasing transaction management with track records
- Ability in leasing strategy analysis, market research, and business writing
- Self-motivation, integrity, clear thinking, passion, and pressure resistance
