- Prepare product user requirements and consolidate stakeholders' requirements for product setup
- Prepare test scenarios and perform user acceptance test on product illustration systems
- Support to conduct competitor analysis to update market intelligence & identify market gaps
- Support in organizing product validation testing with agents/customers
- Prepare product-related materials in group/local regulator product filing
