1. Provide engineering support to production according to designated scope and procedures set by CPT.
2. Follow up CIP projects from ideation to implementation in mass production.
3. Work with multiple teams (quality, lab, supplier...) to test, evaluate and validate new components or products.
4. Facilitate project flow including regular contact with other functional team members.
5. Keep track of project schedule and ensure the adherence to milestones; keep management informed on project issues.
6. Interact with suppliers to develop part/product specifications that meet performance requirements and ensure on time delivery.
7. Involve in failure analysis activities, work with Engineering, SQE, suppliers to develop solution and follow up the implementation.
8. Update engineering documents include CAD drawing, BOM, ECO, SER, etc. and follow up for review and release. 9. Provide support to ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Engineering degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or related fields.
At least 2 years relevant experience in Engineering or Manufacturing environment.
1. Familiar with product evaluation and validation process.
2. Good at GD&T, 2D and 3D CAD (NX, ProE).
3. Experience in BOM management and Engineering Change process.
4. Knowledge of PCBA or Motor manufacturing and diagnosis is a plus.
5. Familiar with product safety approval such as HSF, RoHS.
6. Good computer skills, familiar with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and PLM (Teamcenter).
Others
1. Good English communication, verbal and written.
2. Able to communicate in Mandarin is a strong plus.
3. Good presentation and reporting skills.
4. Able to work under pressure, self-initiative, team-player.
