1. OperationParticipate in daily briefings.
Constantly remind and meet with all Public Area staff on the importance of Standard Operating Procedures for all areas of responsibility.
Conduct quality control inspections of all areas of the hotel and share results with the team.
Work with Engineering to maintain areas of the hotel to the highest standards and assist in scheduling periodic property maintenance.
Conduct daily briefings for all Public Area staff and monthly meetings with the Cluster Executive Housekeeper and Cluster Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
2. Team Management
Interview, select, and recommend potential Public Area Attendants.
Identify and develop team members with potential.
Conduct performance reviews with the team.
Constantly monitor team members' appearance, attitude, and degree of professionalism.
Develop, conduct, and maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs and providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business.
Prepare weekly staff schedules keeping in mind anticipated business.
Prepare monthly reports for monthly attendance in preparation for payroll.
Supervise cleanliness of departmental areas by conducting daily walkthroughs.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Yêu cầu
Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional
qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
with the position level.
Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
workplace regulations.
Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
position.
