Mô tả công việc

PR Event Development

Develop creative concepts and detailed execution plans for PR and Marketing events such as CSR programs, press events, seminars
Coordinate logistics, set-up, and on-site management to ensure smooth event execution.
Work closely with vendors for production, Audio visual, design, and merchandise.
Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

On-Site PR activities

Plan and run all events by coordinating with media, vendor during events (check-in, briefing, facilitation).
Prepare event-specific media kits and backgrounders.
Capture and organize photos/videos for post-event PR use.
Create and distribute internal announcements for key campaigns or events.
Engage through creative communication formats (posters, emails, videos).

Coordination & Reporting

Work with Design, Digital team to amplify event content across online channels.
Track and report event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, feedback).
Support admin tasks of MKT team & other task assigned by manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a PR Executive or Event Executive.
Strong writing and event organization skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Flexible, quick problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
