• Media-related scope of work, from fielding media questions, pitching stories to the media, preparing media kits, organizing press conferences
• Strengthen the brand's point of view to its main audience through media press releases and interviews, influencers and partners.
• Manage the production of
graphic designer,
content creator and others content-producing related
• Identify market trends and create insightful content on O2O channels, including social content, PR articles, on-site collaterals, online platform content.
• Consult on the management of multi-channel review sites, reputation, and advocacy; all together with
Digital Marketing Manager• Collaborate with agencies, vendor partners, and IHG brand team
• Managing the department's annual budget and the setting of departmental goals
• Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on his/her function's costs
• Actively conduct content audits on stale content & information on all owned channels & collaterals
• Conduct monthly & quarterly reports on media performance, including paid-owned-earned channels.
• Build positive working relationships with management at IHG properties & corporate
• Take part, contribute ideas, and assist in all marketing campaigns, marketing activities, and marketing initiatives as briefed and assigned by the Director of Marketing.
• Monitor social, economic, and political trends that might affect the brand and company
• Recommend ways to enhance the firm's image on the basis of trends
• Train colleagues to make sure they deliver with compliance and to the standards we expect
• Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive - linking up departments to create a sense of one team
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments
